2.Create plasticine "mother" mould - 3 hours ?

3. Mix the alginate and pour into the "mother" mould. 4 minutes ?
4. Place hand in the alginate ? 30 seconds ?
5. Wait for alginate to set. 4 minutes ?
6. Remove hand. 2 minutes ?
7. Mix and pour plaster into void left by hand in the alginate. 10 minutes ?
8. Leave plaster to harden overnight. 8 hours ?
9. Remove plasticine "mother "mould" 20 seconds ?
10. Cut into alginate. 5 minutes ?
11. Peel back alginate from plaster "hand" cast. 5 minutes.
